Refund policy

We want you to love your Maverick items. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return Maverick items within 30 days of purchase, provided that they are unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with the original packaging.


Returns

If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the items within 30-days of purchase provided that they are unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with the original packaging. For returns initiated due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. You can either choose your preferred courier service or opt to purchase a return label from us for added convenience.

While we maintain a high standard of product quality, unforeseen issues can occur. In the event of receiving a defective product or an incorrect order, please return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, which includes the shipping costs.

Please note that personalized items are ineligible for returns or exchanges. We strive to provide a transparent and customer-centric return policy to ensure a satisfactory experience for all our valued customers.

To start a return, you can submit a return request via our return portal or contact us at support@maverickandco.co.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All Maverick & Co. Products are covered by warranty which guarantees them against manufacturer’s defect under responsible use. This warranty only covers products purchased directly from Maverick & Co’s official website.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.


Refunds

Once Maverick & Co. receives and approves your returned item(s), we will promptly refund the purchase price to you. Please note that additional charges such as taxes, customs, duties, and shipping costs incurred after the initial purchase on www.maverickandco.co are non-refundable.

We offer refund to the original payment method or to the gift card (store credits), you may decide at your own choice for the refund resolution when submitting a return request.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or a gift card (store credits) will be sent out to your registered email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
