    Hello there,
    I have just printed most of these pumpkin vegan receips but not yet tried to make any.

    My questions:
    1. Is if I am unable to use rolled oats is there a substitute?
    2. Is there a substitute for Coconut oil?

    I also printed your variety of salads I can hardly wait to try them out.

      Hi Colleen, thank you for your kind words! We’re excited for you to try the recipes! Vegan butter often works in place of coconut oil. For the rolled oats, our substitution recommendations will depend on the recipe. Quinoa flakes or sorghum flour are two options that sometimes work, but subbing out oats can be more tricky!
